Since 2022, Prastha Shrestha Pradhanang has been contributing to Sneha’s Care in several roles. She initially joined as a Communication Officer and was later promoted to Fundraising Officer, consistently demonstrating her skills, capabilities, and knowledge. Her major responsibilities as a Fundraising Officer include identifying grant opportunities worldwide, writing grant applications for various national and international agencies, reaching out to concerned government authorities for subsidies for Animal Birth Control surgeries, and approaching corporate organizations to sponsor programs.

She exudes confidence, effortlessly commanding the attention of the crowd, and has hosted various events organized by Sneha’s Care. Her poise and assurance on stage captivate audiences and instill a sense of trust and reliability. With her strong public speaking skills, she engages and inspires others, ensuring that every event she hosts is both memorable and impactful. Additionally, she is responsible for preparing reports to be submitted to donors, government agencies, sponsors, and corporations, ensuring transparency and accountability. Besides, she is also passionate on designing reports, banners, flyers, brochures and much more. Prastha is deeply passionate about the animal welfare sector, which holds a special place in her heart.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Prastha has a deep love for dogs. She shares her life with two beloved furry companions, Subie and Allen. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with dogs, expressing herself through writing, and exploring new destinations through travel.
