Namaste, I’m Kaushalya – a calm calf with a spirit full of grace.

I was born under the shade of a tree, beside my mother. But one day, I was separated from her in the chaos of the city market. No one looked back. I was left in the dust, struggling to find food and water in a world that didn’t seem to care about me. I wandered, feeling my hunger grow. My legs were weak, and my ribs showed through my coat. I tried to find food, eating scraps from the roadside, but my stomach kept hurting. It wasn’t until a kind woman found me, thin and weak, that things started to change.

She took me into her home, fed me, and gave me water. She named me Kaushalya; a name that means wise, because she saw the gentleness in my heart and my quiet strength. I’m healing now, but I dream of having more—more food, more love, more care. I’m growing stronger every day, and I long to share my calm energy with the world.
