Hi Jumper. I was bought by some people, just to offer me to the deity of Baghbhairab. They brought me to the temple and  I could see fruits, and some sweets as well. I thought they would also give some of it to eat, as I was extremely hungry. But to my surprise they completed their ritual and left me there all by myself. I thought they would be back, but hours turned into days and days into weeks, they didn’t come back. My daily life changed drastically, I slept over the cold marbles and ate whatever offerings the devotees would leave behind. I never got to eat full stomach, my furs started getting dirty, and I was all alone struggling to survive. I was tied all the time, and one day out of extreme hunger, I drank the oil which was kept to light up the oil lamps in the temple. Even though it was not good for my health and seeing this a lady came and fed me some fresh fruits. She then, called a vehicle to take me away. At first, I was scared but I had no other options rather than staying optimistic. They took me under their care and brought me to Sneha’s Care, giving me a second chance at life, love, and safety. Here, I experience a different treatment. Since I was stranded at that temple due to which, my health has some complications. They provided me necessary aid and warm food as well. I started regaining my strength and became familiar with other friends who had also been rescued from different place. This place is a heaven for animals like us, but you can be a part of this journey by supporting our stay at the shelter. Please consider helping animals in need.
