Um, hi! My name’s Dalle. I was just a young boy when I first came here in 2017. Even though I was young, I didn’t have much spirit in my body. I was all bones and had suffered a lot. I couldn’t even stand properly, and my bones didn’t form the way they should have due to malnourishment.
Nowadays, when I look back at my past, I feel grateful for the day I was rescued. Since then, I’ve been well-fed, but my lower limbs are still wiggly, and I can’t stand tall. I have a rough patch on my back, but that’s okay because I am loved here.
Dalle means short in Nepali, and in short, do you want to be my godparent? I haven’t really had a chance at sponsorship because I am timid and don’t play around much. But maybe, just maybe, you could be the one?
