About me: Hello everyone! I am Andy, the goat with long ears. I came along with my other friends in the shelter on 25th of November, 2022 all the way from Hanuman Dhoka, Kalbhairab temple, Kathmandu. I look healthy but the suffering of having to stay below an open sky and to always have an hopeful eye for someone to provide me food is what I had been facing for the past 2 years. I am an abandoned goat who was offered to God in the name of culture.

Why sponsor me: I used to stay beside the temple under an open sky. I was taken away from the place I used to stay to a temple where I got to know that I was an offering to God. One way I got saved from going to a slaughterhouse but in another way I was bound to stay near the temple area where there was no greenery. I used to depend on people who used to visit temples for food and there were days where I slept on an empty stomach. I can thank this winter season where a kind informer informed about my condition and Sneha’s Care, who is a savior of thousands of animals, rescued me in a fear that I would have to take my last breath in an open space.
