Santosh Khatiwada holds a Masters degree in Piublic Policy and Management from Sir Walter Murdoch School of public policy, Murdoch University, Western Australia. He has developed his expertise on Public Policy research and evaluation on complex policy issues such as Animal welfare ,climate change, Sustainable development, policy design, public sector management and economics.

In addition, he has almost a decade long expereince on environmental and wildlife conservation. He is one of the initiators of Animal welfare in Nepal an had dealt complex policy issues of Animal welfare and public health. He is also a tourism professional currently working on sustainable toursim and promotion of Green destinations in Nepal. Mr. Khatiwada is a excutive board of Sneha’s care with primary interests on Animal welfare policies in Nepal.
