Maichaa
I love life! I love to jump, play, explore, and munch on all the grass I can find. Being around humans and my family brings me so much joy—it’s my favorite part of every day. The warmth of the sun on my back, the gentle breeze rustling through my fur, and the sound of laughter around me make my world feel whole. Every moment is an adventure, and I embrace it with a heart full of love and gratitude.
I am the daughter of a survivor. My mother’s name is Mayakumari. She was pregnant with me when she escaped the slaughterhouse, carrying me to safety in her belly. Her strength and courage gave me life, and through her, I learned what it means to be resilient. She was my protector, my teacher, and my first home. Losing her left an emptiness in my heart, a void that no one else could fill. But even in my sorrow, I know she watches over me, her spirit living on in every step I take.
I am grateful that God decided to bring Gopi into my life. She is the one who completes my heart, the one who reminds me that love never truly leaves us. With her, I have found a new kind of warmth and belonging. She stands beside me as my best friend, my guiding light, and my family. Together, we share our days in laughter, in play, and in quiet moments of understanding. I cherish her with all that I am, knowing that love, once given, never fades—it only grows.
