Hi, I’m Lapsi

Hey there! Lapsi here. Don’t let my dragging legs fool you, I’m a strong boy with tons of energy! I may not run like the others, but I sure know how to keep moving forward, no matter what. I might need a little help now and then, but I prefer to do things my own way. Wanna hear my story? It’s not the easiest one, but I’m still here, fighting every day, and I’ve got a lot of love to give.

Like many other paralyzed dogs at the shelter, I was hit by a vehicle. The impact left me unable to move my lower back. In excruciating pain, I dragged myself, each step feeling like an eternity. I cried out, desperate for someone to hold me, to tell me that everything would be okay. I just needed reassurance, someone to let me know I wasn’t alone in my suffering. That’s when someone found me, scooped me up, and brought me to Sneha’s Care. They promised that they would take me home once I got better, but sadly, that day never came.

I’ve been here since October 19, 2024, and I’m lucky to have a godparent who looks after my needs and loves me from afar.
