Everything used to be different. I once had a home, a place where I was loved and cared for. Life was happy, and I felt safe. But as time passed, something changed. I grew older, and suddenly, I wasn’t wanted anymore. I don’t know what I did wrong, but one day, they left me outside.

I didn’t know how to survive on the streets. Thamel was loud, frightening, and full of dangers I had never known before. I was confused, scared, and desperate to find my way back to safety. But before I could figure out what to do, it happened, a speeding vehicle struck me, crushing my legs in unbearable pain. My whole body shook with fear and agony, and I ran, injured and lost, not knowing where to go.

Then, a kind person saw me. He didn’t turn away. Instead, he called Sneha’s Care for help. On February 19, 2025, my story of suffering turned into one of hope.

I am still adjusting to my new home, and I don’t know how to show my true self just yet. But I do know one thing, I love being patted and feeling love. If you come close, I will gently nudge you, asking for kindness. Please be patient and gentle with me. I am learning to trust again.
