Hi, I’m Aarunima

Hi lovelies, it’s Aarunima. I get afraid of loud noises and hoomans, so please talk to me softly. I don’t really love being in the spotlight, you’ll often find me sleeping in front of the block I live in. But I do have a soft spot for small children; they somehow bring out joy in me and I start to wag my tail.

I used to be a loving pet, living a happy life with my family. But one day, everything changed. In July 2021, my family decided to move abroad and left me behind. I waited, hoping they would come back, but they never did. I had no idea how to survive on my own, I had always been taken care of, fed, and loved. Out on the streets, I didn’t know where to find food or water. My body grew weak, and I became dehydrated.

But then, I was rescued and brought to Sneha’s Care, where I found love again. Though I miss home, I know deep down that I may never be accepted back. But here, at least, I am safe.
