Sneha Shrestha is the Founder and President of Sneha’s Care, established in 2015 in Lalitpur, Nepal. Following the loss of her companion dog, Zara, she dedicated herself to protecting animals from cruelty, neglect, and exploitation.

What began as rescue support for community dogs gradually expanded into broader work across farm animal welfare, rescue and rehabilitation, vegan advocacy, humane education, and animal rights. Under her leadership, Sneha’s Care has evolved into a multi-dimensional animal welfare organization working across rescue, advocacy, awareness, and systemic change.

She is a strong advocate for compassionate living and believes in creating long-term change through empathy, education, ethical food systems, and stronger protection for animals.
