How could someone be so careless not to see an innocent being on the road?

Meet Shanti, rescued from Shantinagar, Sarlahi. She was found shivering under the car of our Founder Ms. Sneha Shrestha. Blood all over her body, swollen head, swollen eye, seemed like a reckless driver badly hit her head and ran away. Ms. Shrestha provided her first aid treatment with the help of local vet in Sarlahi. Now, this cutie has safely boarded in Kathmandu and under the intense care of Ms. Shrestha. Please pray for Shanti.
