Day 7: Feeding Day
Cardinal Mermillod once said “A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take." As we were feeding these innocent animals, we saw a starving mother(monkey) carrying her one child on her back and another holding her leg, begging her hands for foods. When we saw that no bullets had hit us so hard as much as those innocent eyes of mother(monkey) begging for food. We could not stop ourselves from cuddling her and providing her with foods. After serving it was mesmerizing that she serve all of her food to the children and ended up watching them eating. This incident made us realize how much our mother love us and goes through lots of difficulties to make us happy. And taught as Jill churchil said there’s no way to be a perfect mother and a million ways to be a good one. Today during this crisis, we are the only one who can help them. Please keep little food and water outside of your home. Let's be the mother of all these voiceless animals.
Day 7 of Feeding Program, today we were successful to cover many places of Kathmandu and Lalitpur (Lagankhel, Jawalakhel, Pulchowk, Kupondole, Thapathali, Tripureshwor, Tudikhel, Ratnapark, Trichandra College, Brikutimandap, Durbarmarg, RR College, Putalisadak, Gyaneshwor, Jay Bajeshwori, Pashupatinath, Ekantakuna, Balkhu, Kalanki, Swyambhu, Balaju, Sorhakhutte, Lainchaur, Naksal, Chabahil) and it was quite happy and motivated day today though risk.
